M&A Specialists and good business brokers (there is a rarity of the latter) project manage the whole business sale process. This includes pre-listing due diligence, sourcing prospective buyers through marketing or direct approach and initial meeting through to due diligence and settlement.

Preparation of accounts and compilation / verification of due diligence documents. Expert comment on agreements ,preparation of cash flow statements and closing date balance sheets or working capital analysis. Integral to identifying purchase price adjustments and providing financial continuity post settlement.

Involvement commences at deal advisory stage and ensures that merged businesses are able to capture synergies while eradicating potential areas of integration conflict. Asset Valuation Expertise
Some of the clients physical assets, such as land, buildings and machinery, may be non-core to the future operation of the company, and potentially could be worth more as standalone assets for sale or for repurposing.
