Commercial Terms
For business sales, Strategic Transactions work primarily on a success fee, although a small proportion of that fee is upfront and non refundable.
The modest retainer or project fee represents the signify the significant amount of work that goes into preparing your business for sale.
Services required vary by client so charges vary as well. We prepare a proposal based upon each individual situation and the needs of each client company.
