Quick Value was developed by Mark Ostryn, the Director of Strategic Transactions, a leading Sydney based M&A consulting specialising in the sale of mid-sized businesses in technology, food & beverage and medical & cosmetic. Mark is a Masters Graduate in Applied finance, and was assisted by Divesh Bidhuri, a Masters Graduate in Accountancy Studies.

Of course, owners serious about wanting to know their business value – for example – for sale, acquisition or investment purposes, will want to invest more time in our fee-for-service Value Discovery upgrade.
