The Value Discovery^TM process involves a three step simulation that determines the estimated value of a business.

STEP ONE:
Reviewing  the current historic and current performance of the business as well as it’s future prospects.

STEP TWO:
Assessing the value of the business through a number of different methods including intrinsic value, likely buyer interest and comparable transactions.

STEP THREE:
Estimating both the current value, as well as how that value will trend in the future.
